IF THE TIP OF THE KNIFE CAN TOUCH THE INSIDE WALL OF THE PACKAGE THE KNIFE WILL POKE THRU.

PLEASE PACK YOUR KNIVES IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE POINT OF THE KNIFE CAN NOT TOUCH THE SIDE OF THE BOX. 

BELOW ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS

Crumple up newspaper and place it between the point of the knives and the package wall

Wrap each knife in newspaper and tape or rubber band it on the knife.  Make sure that point can't poke its way out.
