You can request a cancellation at any time after placing your order.  Depending on the status of your order will govern the amount of monies returned to you.   If you want to cancel for any reason you must email us at  service@niceandsharp.com

FULL REFUND MINUS 10%  If we have not shipped out our mail-in package.  You will receive all your money back minus 10% which will cover our costs.

FULL REFUND MINUS 10% AND  MINUS $10.00 If we have shipped you our mail-in package.  You will receive your money back, minus 10% which covers our charge cost and minus the cost of material and shipping charges

PARTIAL REFUND  If we have started sharpening your knives you will receive a refund for any knives we have not sharpened.
