SHIPPING POLICY
Pack all knives to be shipped to
us in our mail-in box that was shipped to you after you placed your order.
Please follow the directions and make sure that you include the completed Order Form.
Make sure that the box is sealed well and that the knives are not loose in the box.
Bring the labeled box to the shipper of your choice.
We recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number.
We use UPSP for most of our shipping.Our standard shipping and handling cost covers the cost of shipping the knives back to you, signature confirmation and insuring the contents for $100.00.
Signature Confirmation requires a signature when delivery is made and is required for all packages that are insured for $250.00 or more.
Additional insurance can be purchased when placing your order, up to a total of $500.00. Knives should only be insured for their actual value.
